How it works, step by step

1. We agree on your collection day

Often this is your original target moving day, before anyone knows whether the chain will actually complete on time. We come in the morning, pack the vans, and by lunchtime your home is empty.

2. Your belongings go to our secure facility

Climate-controlled, alarmed, insured. Your items are stored in their own dedicated container — not mixed with other clients’ goods. Furniture is blanket-wrapped, boxes are stacked carefully, everything is inventoried.

3. You wait for completion — without the pressure

If your chain completes on schedule, great. If it slips by days, weeks, or longer, that’s fine too. You’re not paying a removal team standing by or a self-storage unit you’re trying to manage remotely.

4. We redeliver when you have keys

As soon as completion happens and keys are in hand, let us know. We redeliver within 24 hours for most London and Surrey addresses. We can help unpack the essentials or just set furniture in the right rooms.
