Why we started

Most removal companies book tight diaries and charge for date changes. That model works fine for straightforward moves — but it falls apart the moment your property chain has a wobble. Suddenly you’re paying rebooking fees, hiring emergency self-storage, or losing your dream home because your timing collapsed.

We looked at the numbers. Around 30% of UK property chains experience date shifts between exchange and completion. A further 15% of chains break down entirely at some point. And yet no removal company was building their service model around that reality.

So we built one.

What we do differently

Our entire business is optimised for chain moves. That means:

• Flexible scheduling. Your date is a target, not a contract. If completion shifts, we shift with you.
• Integrated storage. We own the facility. We collect, store, and redeliver — no third-party self-storage to organise.
• Fixed pricing. One quote covers the whole journey, even if the timeline extends.
• Own fleet, employed team. Not a gig marketplace. The same people who survey your move will be the ones delivering on day one.

What we don’t do

We don’t do international. We don’t do ultra-budget DIY man and van (there are plenty of marketplaces for that, and honestly, they’re fine for very small jobs). We don’t do piano or safe moves without specialist partners.

We’re specialists. If your move doesn’t fit what we do well, we’ll tell you upfront and point you somewhere that does.

Coverage

London and Surrey, primarily. We cover everything within the M25 plus Surrey commuter belt — Kingston, Wimbledon, Surbiton, and everywhere in between. Long-distance moves out of our coverage area are possible but quoted separately.

Insurance and standards

We carry goods-in-transit insurance and public liability as standard on every job. Our storage facility is climate-controlled, alarmed, and fully insured. We’re happy to share policy documents on request.
